We gladly accept returned merchandise within 15 days of purchase. Your receipt is required for all returns or exchanges. Merchandise must not have been worn, altered, laundered or changed in any way from its original form. All labels/tags must be attached.
1. Returns or cancellation of order must be done within 15 days to be refundable. All Refund returns and exchanges are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
2. Any order canceled will be charged a 5% fee if they have not picked up their items.
3. If a web order was picked up and a customer is returning items to the store there will be a 15% restocking fee.
4. Shipping charges are not refundable.
